Brand New!!  Summer 2007
"Simple Summer"  - 14" x 33"
A fun little rug with lots of whimsical summer color! I was trying to force myself to use blue! (don't ask me why - but I avoid it - a LOT!)  I could see this hooked in all warm neutrals, and I think it would speak volumes like that! Maybe someone will beat me in getting it hooked up that way! :)

Pattern on monks $35
            On Linen $42

"Welcome Kats" - one of my all time favorites from the antique rugs in the Kopp book!! I just love everything about this rug!   Circa 1885

Now you can hook it too! I have taken the hard part out of it for you, and produced a pattern as close to the original as I could!  I have even drawn in where the original hooker used darker wool - so if you have been wanting to make one "just like it" - this will make it wayyy easier!

I just finished hooking this!! See my version below :0)
"Welcome Kats Pattern -  28" x 30.5"

On Linen $68
Antique Trotter - 26" x 36"
Reproduction of an antique rug.  I LOVED hooking this rug!!!!
And I bet you will too!! I used a mixture of antique blacks and antique soft kahki textures.  Let me know if you need the wool to hook it up!
                                 On linen  $68

Posy Kitty - 22"x 32"
Wonderful primitive old looking rug!! I used mixed antique blacks, and dyed old kahkis to make this look old old old in person!! Let me know if you need the wool for this!

                            On Linen $58

Vintage Rooster Kits  - 14" x 18.5"   $80 each
These are brand new!
This new kit is offered in both of these color schemes! The design is drawn as you see in the neutral (left).
ALSO NEW - you can chose to have your strips cut in either  #8 strips OR #8.5 strips! So please specify!!
I have put together a great assortment of wools to produce this awesome looking antique black! When hooked together they give such a great old looking rug!
Your kit will include everything you need to finish this cute little rug! The pattern drawn on primitive Dorr Linen, with serged edges,  all the wool to hook it - pre stripped, and binding tape to finish it!
Great for beginners and veterans!!
New Patterns!!
KITS!!!!
"Primitive Garden" - 16" x 24"
This was a fun little rug to hook! I was craving spring, with our harsh winter this year - and decided to do a rug in browns and pinks - it's such a gorgeous combination!!  Unfortunately, this picture doesn't show the richness of the browns, like in person.
This combo gives such a soft antique look!  Try it with your favorite colors!

$40 on Linen
Flowers of Life - 12.5 "x 25 "
A wonderful smaller rug that is quick to hook up as a gift for one of your friends! This lousy photo will be replaced with a better one soon!  (I did a crochet edge .. and am still trying to decide if I will leave it on there!! #1, i'm not a great crocheter!!! #2 i can't decide if i like it?!)  I hooked this in a weekend, solely out of my scrap basket!!  It was awesome to have a little instant gratification after working on a larger rug!! :0)

On monks $32                         On Linen $38
Here are some brand new designs!!
I am currently hooking on three of these... and just finished two!! Wooohoo!! Some new pictures for y'all!! :)
"Dog House"  - 24" x 49"
This is one of my new favorites!! I'm had a ball hooking this! Jeanne Benjamin helped me color plan it!  With the exception of that cat on the roof...  that just gave me fits! LOL

On Linen $68
"FAITH"  - 35" x 36"
This one has been bouncing around in my mind for some time. I LOVE this verse!!
"Faith is the assurance of things hoped for, the conviction of things unseen." Heb 11:1

There are sooo many ways you can hook this! (This is not being offered on monks cloth at this time.)
On Linen $72

I am aslo offering this pattern, with the flower border, but a blank middle.  So if you have a favorite saying, quote, or want to turn it into a wedding rug, with the bride & groom's names and date, you can personalize it to suit your purpose!!

35" x 36"  on linen $68

This Dog House rug was hooked by Julie Crotty of CO.  Julie and I had Jeanne's class together, and the whole time I was hooking on mine, she kept saying "I want to hook that!"  LOL!  So as soon as I had it available, she grabbed it up and started hookin! Julie's an amazing hooker - she's soo fast, and I just love how she hooks her primitives!  Look at how she hooked around the tree - isn't that awesome?! It is the look of the older rugs that I adore! And I love her olde looking hit or miss border, and she said she didn't even mess with that cat! hahaha!! She put him over on the left hand side of the tree!  Smart move Julie!!! :D  Thank you soo much for sending me a picture that I could share!!!
This Antique Trotter was hooked by Heather Spicer of  Novia Scotia Canada.
WOW! How cool is her version of this rug!!?? She hooked this for her grandson - doesn't that immediately bring a cowboy themed room to mind?!
I LOVE the way she hooked her border in a big plaid, and how stirated it came out! And I LOVE how she hooked her horse!! Very very cool!
I get soo excited when people send pictures in of finished rugs! Isn't it fun to see everyone's different interpretations? It certainly helps broaden my color planning skills!! Hope it does yours too!

SEND IN THOSE PICTURES!!! :D
This Flowers of Life was hooked by Judy of Colorado.  Look at the darling border she put on hers! I wish you could see this in person - she has used several different techniques on the flowers! Some rings are raised higher, some prodding, different treatments in the middles - very very cute!!  Thank you for sharing this with us Judy!!
This one was hooked by Trisha Spillan from Florida. :)
She decided against hooking the lettering and instead hooked in a great blue sky and added three darling butterfly buttons - they are hard to see in this photo - they're darling!! I love the colors she chose for her background and her flowers!  Thank you for your picture Trisha!!
This fun Flowers rug was hooked by Starla Lawrence :)
What fun sunny colors! .  I love how different the flowers can be - just like how fun and different people in our lives are! You did a great job on this Starla! Thank you so much for sending me a picture!! :)
